Ready for a sugar overload?
I love Easter for some very simple facts: it’s beginnning to get more spring-like (hope lives, yeah!), it’s four days off from work (double-yeah!) and it’s a holiday where, at least for me, there are no mandatory obligations. I don’t have to do anything. There are no presents to buy or parties to go to or even special food I have to cook, unless I want to (which I do, but that’s besides the point). I can spend the weekend, baking, sewing, doing nothing and basically eating the equivalent of my own weight in chocolate eggs.
Which brings me to my new update for the Paris Perfect website: my Eiffel tower sugar cookies. They are sugary sweet, pretty to look at and so easy to make. Plus it’s an hommage to the city I love.
