This is by far the most exciting news on my new blogging adventure that I have had. Little old me has been asked to contribute with bi-monthly French recipes to the wonderful Paris Perfect blog.
If you haven’t yet heard from then, Paris Perfect is a rental agency for the most gorgeous Parisian apartments you have ever seen. They have excellent locations and also offer other services (like cooking classes at Philippe Excoffier’s eponymous restaurant, no less) for your perfect Parisian stay. The apartments are really stunning. Check out this balcony and this one just oozes French glamour. Even if you are not planning your next stay in Paris right now, check out the very well-kept and updated blog with lots and lots of tips on exhibitions, shopping and where the most romantic spots in Paris are.
Getting side-tracked here… Anyway, by sheer coincidence I got in touch with the editor of the blog and fast forward a few weeks: I am their current contributor to their section of French recipes. Me! From my humble kitchen my recipes will be seen (and hopefully cooked) by a whole new audience. (I am literally jumping up and down as I write this.)
My very first contribution is Chèvre & Honey Cream Galettes with Polka Beetroots. Check it out and let me know what you think!
