Happy Easter with my Eiffel Tower sugar cookies

Ready for a sugar overload? I love Easter for some very simple facts: it’s beginnning to get more spring-like (hope lives, yeah!), it’s four days off from work (double-yeah!) and it’s a holiday where, at least for me, there are no mandatory obligations. I don’t have to do anything. There are no presents to buy or parties to go to or even special food I have to cook, unless I want to (which I do, but that’s besides the point).  I can spend the weekend, baking, sewing, doing nothing and basically eating the equivalent of my own weight in chocolate eggs. Exciting news!! I am a contributor to Paris Perfect

This is by far the most exciting news on my new blogging adventure that I have had. Little old me has been asked to contribute with bi-monthly French recipes to the wonderful Paris Perfect blog.
